In December 2006, this company was proud to become a provisional member of the Landscape Industries Association of Victoria Inc. (LIAV). Andrew Sadler has a deep love of gardening and has gathered his expertise over many years learning much from his own parents who are themselves avid gardeners, in that cold southern state, Tasmania. You will be impressed with our recent body of work captured on digital camera, though the experience and knowledge goes back much further. Andrew launched his own business in mid 2005, and although changed names a couple of times for trademark and other issues, evolved to become the thriving entity known as, Sadler Landscaping Pty Ltd, in March 2008. Michelle heads up our Administration and Design, proudly heading towards her Diploma in Ornamental Horticulture at NMIT, cementing her knowledge and enthusiasm for plants and design. Luke joined the team in September 2008 and is also passionate about gardens. He has worked both here in Melbourne, and for many years, in sunny Queensland in this field. Ryan joined Andrew as an apprentice the day after his final exam for Year 12, completed at Mowbray College, in 2007. He's a big strong lad with a fantastic work ethic. Ryan loves the variety landscaping provides. We believe he definitely chose the right career path! Alex, Michelle's Dad joined us in 2009 adding some maturity to the team - no only kidding - Alex helps out where it's needed and his background in mechanics keeps our extensive equipment list in tip top shape. Miles who went to school with Ryan, began his apprenticeship with another firm and yes we poached him. Miles loves his plants and when our retail nursery opens in August 2010 he is going to get to spend all day every day with them - he'd love to see you there so come on down! Mark is our team's newest member who has worked with us on a casual basis before but has joined us full time in July 2010. He brings with him much experience and is a very welcome addition to our team. Sadler Landscaping boasts the status of a preferred contractor to several builders here in Melbourne.
