We have many clients who are residents overseas or interstate.  These investors often find us  through our previous clients (or the internet).  It usually will take only a few days to complete the front, back and sides of a new property.  We can organise your clothesline , letterbox and of course, the side fences/gate.  We'll keep in close contact via email and send through heaps of photos. We'll liase with your landlord, tenant and anyone else you need us to.

 

Once you take 'occupancy' from the builder we can make your property tenant ready in no time at all - though don't forget the curtains!  

 

Investment properties presented well will attract the right tenants.  If your concerned with your tenants looking after the garden, consider our maintenance service the cost of which you can include in the rent charged.
